The Molly Maguires

Michael Cassara Casting (Casting) recent credits include The Molly Maguires (Pre-Broadway workshop, dir. Sheryl Kaller, mus. dir. John McDaniel), Clear Blue Tuesday (feature film, dir. Elizabeth Lucas), The Gig (benefit concert and cast recording), Breaking In (internet series), If This Hat Could Talk (national tour, dir. George Faison), Stephen Schwartz's Captain Louie (national tour), and countless readings and workshops. Regional credits include Goodspeed Musicals, the Paper Mill Playhouse, the Kitchen Theatre Company and the Hinton Battle Theatre Laboratory. Michael Cassara Casting is the resident casting office of the 2007 New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF). Upcoming: 11 shows in this year's NYMF and the inaugural 2007-2008 season of the Stephen Sondheim Center for the Arts in Fairfield, Iowa!

JODY ASHWORTH (Muff Lawler) includes shows such as Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Victor/Victoria, Assassins, and Steel Pier to his stage credits. Some of his TV/Film credits include Frasier, Sex and the City, Guiding Light, and Man in the Chair (starring Christopher Plummer) to be released later this year. Among his favorite commercial credits are the Milwaukee's Best Light "Giant Beer Can Crush" ads which air alongside the World Series of Poker. STEVEN BOOTH (Michael Darcy) is thrilled to be a part of The Molly Maguires. Past credits include: Avenue Q Las Vegas (Princeton/Rod), Pippin (Pippin), NYMF/Journey to the West (Riversong). Steven holds a BA in Theatre Performance from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

MALACHY CLEARY (Father O’Connor) Last appearing as Mick Flanagan the publican in the Irish Rep.'s production of The Field Malachy has moved to the other side of the bar and taken up the cloth. A diverse Irish -American actor Malachy has played various policeman, fireman and priests for Law & Order as well as drunkards, racists and oh yes an architect in a TheatreWorks of Hartford's production of The Goat.

SUZANNA NEELEY BRIDGES (Ensemble) Since graduating from NYU (CAP21) in 2005, Suzanna toured with The Full Monty and most recently Les Miserables (Cosette u/s). Now she divides her time between studying audio engineering, the fiddle, Bikram yoga, and singing in a rock band. JONAH PAULOO (Frank Higgins) began performing at age 7 and has appeared in numerous summer stock productions, most recently at The Weathervane Theatre in West Side Story (Baby John). He made his Broadway debut at age 12 as Nathan Lukowski in The Full Monty. He is currently a student at Pioneer Valley Performing Arts Charter School. CIARÁN SHEEHAN (James McKenna) Born in Dublin, Ireland he last appeared on Broadway in The Phantom of the Opera and has performed both The Phantom (1000 performances) and Raoul. Other New York appearances - Les Miserables (Babet/Marius), The Irish...and how they got that way (Ciaran), Grandchild of Kings (Tom),and The Hostage (Shaughnessy). Television - Law & Order (NBC), The Irish … and how they got that way (PBS), and currently From Galway to Broadway (PBS). Concert highlights include sold-out performances at - Carnegie Hall - A Great Night for the Irish ('07), The Magic of Christmas ('05), and Dublin's National Concert Hall - From Broadway to Ireland ('04). He has had the honor of singing at Yankee Stadium, Giants Stadium, Continental Arena, and The Metrodome. GABRIELLE STRAVELLI (Seamus O'Rourke) Most recently appeared as Anique and in the women’s ensemble of the new musical ACE, at the Old Globe Theatre, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park and Repertory Theatre of St. Louis. New York credits include, Angie in Once Upon A Time In New Jersey at the Directors Co., and featured soloist in Her Song at the acclaimed Birdland Jazz Club. Gabrielle holds a BFA in musical theater from The University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). Proud member of AEA.
