BUMP IN THE ROAD is the story of four baby boomers, “about to take the ride of their lives”. As they greet love, loss, rebirth and renewal – they discover that sometimes it’s the bumps along the way that lead life’s passengers to their greatest joys. Carole Lonner’s tuneful score draws from a rich tapestry of musical theatre, jazz, and folk influences.
